  6. Add text (optional):
Insert your name, slogan, or favorite quote using the text tool. You can choose from different fonts and sizes.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I order just one mug?

Yes, the great thing about Infowerk is that you can order as little as one single mug – perfect for testing or gifting.

How long does delivery take?

You can see the expected delivery date right in the online design tool, next to the price.

Is the design tool free?

The online design tool is free to use and requires no software download. It works right in your browser. You only need to pay for your printed item when you place an order or for downloading a digital print file of your design.

Can I use photos from my phone?

The online design tool works best on desktop. Therefore I recommend transferring your phone photos onto your desktop computer first. Just make sure your image has decent resolution (ideally over 1000px wide).

Can I add designs to both sides of the mug?

Yes – you can place images and text on both sides. Just drag them to the correct position in the editor. Double check with the 3d preview to see the final position. You have about 85 x 190 mm space for your design on the ceramic mug and 50 x 180 mm on the enamel mug.

Hi, I’m Alessandro.

I live deep in the Finnish woods, where I split my time between crafting leather, sharpening tools, and experimenting with print design. I’m the kind of guy who builds his own workshop, mills his own lumber, and brews his own coffee — usually strong enough to keep the local bears away.

I’ve been in the web design & online marketing world since 2011 and in the print world since 2019, working with print24.fi for years. I even had the chance to tour their main production facility in Dresden, Germany — an impressive place where paper dreams come true.

When I’m not wrestling with web code or explaining why a 200×120 pixel image can’t be blown up to billboard size, I’m out in the forest, usually with a chainsaw in one hand and a chalkline in the other.

If you have a print project in mind or just want to talk shop, drop me a line. I’m always happy to help.
