Printing made simple

Painomestari helps businesses turn an idea or practical need into a finished print product. You tell us what you need the product to accomplish, and we help with the rest: choosing the right format and material, preparing or checking the files, arranging production and making sure the finished product reaches you.

Painomestari

Painomestari is a small print service based in Polvijärvi, North Karelia. We work with professional print partners in Finland and elsewhere in Europe and help local businesses, organisations and private clients handle print projects without having to become printing experts themselves.

Managed Print Services

Sometimes you know exactly what you need. Sometimes you only know the result you want.

Perhaps you need table displays for an event, a brochure for customers, menus for a restaurant, business cards, signs, labels or promotional material, but you are unsure which product, material or production method makes sense.

That is where Painomestari can help.

  • Product and material recommendations
  • Print file checking and preparation
  • Layout and design when needed
  • Production through selected print partners
  • Delivery and production coordination
  • Help if there is a quality or production issue

The process is simple: describe what you need, and we will recommend a suitable solution and prepare a concrete offer.

Prefer to Design and Order Yourself?

Not every print project needs a managed service. If you already know what you want, Painomestari also provides practical guides for creating and ordering print products yourself.

The guides cover common print products, online design tools and practical questions such as layout, file preparation and product setup.

  • Step-by-step online design guides
  • Short video tutorials
  • Print templates and practical design advice
  • Print24 and Infowerk product guides
  • Discount codes for selected print partners

You can browse the available guides from the sidebar or start with the online design tools.

Design now

Hi, I’m Alessandro.

I live deep in the Finnish woods, where I split my time between crafting leather, sharpening tools, and experimenting with print design. I’m the kind of guy who builds his own workshop, mills his own lumber, and brews his own coffee — usually strong enough to keep the local bears away.

I’ve been in the web design & online marketing world since 2011 and in the print world since 2019, working with print24.fi for years. I even had the chance to tour their main production facility in Dresden, Germany — an impressive place where paper dreams come true.

When I’m not wrestling with web code or explaining why a 200×120 pixel image can’t be blown up to billboard size, I’m out in the forest, usually with a chainsaw in one hand and a chalkline in the other.

If you have a print project in mind or just want to talk shop, drop me a line. I’m always happy to help.
