How to Design a Custom Pen with Your Logo

In this short tutorial, I’ll show you how to design your own custom pens in just a few clicks. Whether you need a memorable giveaway for your clients or simply want a stylish pen for yourself — these pens look great and write even better.
We’ll use the Infowerk online design tool, which makes the whole process fast, simple, and fun — even if you’ve never done it before.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Visit the Infowerk design tool homepage.
   Choose Ballpoint Pens from the product categories.
2. Jump into the online editor.
   Start with a blank template. On the left side, you’ll find the toolbox with all design options.
3. Pick your pen model.
   Choose a style based on your brand, audience, and purpose.
   Do you want to hand out a large batch at your next trade fair? Or impress your top clients with a premium holiday gift? Or maybe you just want a beautiful pen for daily use?
   You can also pick a color that fits your logo — or adjust your logo color to match the pen.
   • Classic – 6 colors, plastic, click-action
     A solid all-around option. Good balance between price, color range, and quality. A heavier, premium-feel pen with a soft-touch clicker and metal tip.
     (Dark Green, Light Blue, Red, Black, White, Petrol)
   • Freezy – 10 colors, plastic, twist-action
     The most affordable. Best for mass giveaways at fairs or mailings. A budget-friendly pen with a frosted finish and smooth twist mechanism.
     (Anthracite, Dark Blue, Yellow, Light Blue, Light Green, Purple, Magenta, Orange, Red, Transparent)
   • rec-PET – 16 colors, recycled plastic, twist-action
     Best for color-sensitive mass giveaways. Made from recycled PET bottles, this eco-conscious pen offers a long writing life and comes in 16 color options:

     My personal favorite. Natural beech wood, black ink, and a smooth metal clip — a timeless classic with real presence.
   • Silversurfer – Silver plastic + 3 accent colors, click-action
     Minimum order 50 pcs. Great value for larger orders, but not every logo suits a silver background. Available in three differently colored grips.
4. Upload your logo.
   Use the Photos tool to add your logo. Resize and position it freely.
5. Add text (optional):
   Add your company name, slogan, or contact info.
